PASTE-INK PENS

Ballpoint pens are paste-ink pens.

At the lower end of the lead, a ball is set in rotary motion through the writing movement. In doing so, it takes up paste from the lead and deposits it onto the paper.

From a technical point of view, gel ink pens can be classified as a step between ballpoint pens and ink rollers.
